CITYBIZ: ScienceLogic Expanding into Parkridge Center Four in Reston
Penzance has signed ScienceLogic to a 30,000 square foot lease at Parkridge Center Four in Reston, VA. ScienceLogic, a provider of IT Operations and Cloud Monitoring solutions, will occupy the entire second floor and half of the third floor as they relocate their headquarters and expand to approximately four times their previous space. Rich Rhodes, Russell Canard and Aaron Berkey of CresaPartners represented ScienceLogic in the transaction. The Parkridge Center Four brokerage team consists of Andy Klaff, Jake McInerney and John Dettleff of Grubb & Ellis.The ScienceLogic announcement comes on the heels of Penzance's announcement last week of the signing of NetWitness for 30,000 square feet in the same building. Parkridge Center Four is a six-story, 120,000 square foot Class-A office building just off the Dulles Toll Road at the corner of Hunter Mill Road and Sunrise Valley Drive in the Parkridge Center office park.
