RosslynVA.org: Penzance’s Peter N. Greenwald Succeeds Stuart H. Miller as BID Board President

Peter N. Greenwald, senior advisor at Penzance, was named by the Rosslyn BID board of directors as its new president.  Greenwald succeeds Stuart H. Miller, a founder of the Rosslyn BID who has served as the board president since 2005.

Greenwald serves on the advisory board of Artisphere, Arlington’s cultural arts center in Rosslyn, and has represented Penzance on the BID board and Executive Committee since 2006.

“The transactional activity and the investment community’s confidence in Rosslyn signals its continuing and expanding preeminence in the Washington region,” said Mr. Greenwald. “This means that revisions to the Rosslyn Sector Plan and the acclaim lauded on Artisphere are all the more exciting, and makes my role rich with opportunity, challenge and potential.”

Greenwald has 30 years of management, operational and legal experience in a range of industries. He founded the New York law firm of Greenwald and Strongin, and is a former partner at Rosenman & Colin, now KMZ Rosenman. He was executive vice president, general counsel and secretary of Retired Persons Services.

Greenwald received his AB and MA degrees from Harvard University and his JD degree from the New York University School of Law.
